1. General
These terms are issued by a natural person operating the family kennel under the name Aria Ranch Rottweilers, Zakriž 43, 5282 Cerkno, Slovenija, email info@ariaranchrottweilers.com (“we”). There is no registered company (sole trader / limited company).
By using the website you acknowledge these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Purpose of the site
The website is informational: our kennel, dogs, puppies, guide, gallery and inquiries (e.g. treats). Content is not a binding public offer of sale unless expressly agreed in writing.
Puppy interest, reservation or placement are arranged separately outside the website.
3. Account and accuracy
Some areas require registration and email verification. Provide accurate contact details. Do not abuse the system (spam, automated access, fake interest).
4. Intellectual property
Texts, photos, logo and other materials are our IP or used with permission. Copying or commercial reuse without consent is prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
5. Third-party links and embeds
The site may link to third parties (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, partners) and — with consent — embed YouTube videos. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
6. Limitation of liability
We aim for accurate information, but details may change. The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages, technical issues, or decisions based solely on website information.
7. Treats and other inquiries
A form inquiry is not an automatic paid order. Price, quantity, delivery and payment are confirmed separately.

- misuse of dog/puppy information for fraud.
9. Governing law
Slovenian law applies. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means you have seen the new version, unless law requires otherwise.
